Join us this Sunday at 10 AM!

In our weekly Sunday service, we worship Jesus together. We do this by singing, praying, reading scripture, and responding to His word. At Skyline, we believe that our purpose as a people is to bring glory to God in all that we do. Our Sunday gathering is a place for us to bring glory to God together and welcome any and all kinds of people into a place where they can learn about what it means to follow Jesus. No matter where you are at in faith or in life, we would love for you to join us this Sunday.

We meet at Newlon Elementary School on Sundays at 10 AM. The address is 361 Vrain St, Denver. We use the entrance on the north side of the school pictured below.

Parking - You can park in the east or northwest lots (pictured below) or on the street. If you park on the street, please park on the school side if possible. This will ensure less interference with our neighbors.

Frequently Asked Questions:

  • What does the teaching look like?
At Skyline, we seek for our preaching to be centered around the Bible (the word of God), and the good news of what Jesus has done for us (the gospel). We do our absolute best to let the Bible direct the content of our sermons, something often referred to as “expositional” preaching. This means we work hard to read, explain, illustrate, and apply what the Bible is saying to our lives. Through the teaching we will be challenged, persuaded, encouraged, and reminded of the love and goodness of God.
  • What does worship through song look like?
We sing songs that help prepare our hearts and minds for God to speak to us, and then also for us to respond to Him. You can familiarize yourself with our current song list here.
We sing songs using both English and Spanish lyrics.
  • Can I bring my kids?
Yes! We have kids ministry available for children between the ages of 2-7 years old which takes place during the service. They are also welcome to join us in the main service with the adults.
Further, our kids ministry teachers are required to have a background check and to complete other formal training for the safety of your children.
  • What should I wear?
There is no dress code, but people tend to dress very casually. Feel free to do the same or dress up!
  • How do I get connected?
You can get more connected by filling out our connect card here. This will allow you to indicate interest in connecting to a certain area of the church (weekly Life Groups, prayer, discipleship, etc). Further, it will sign you up for our weekly email detailing all things going on at Skyline each week.
  • What are the best ways to meet people & make friends?
Aside from the Sunday worship service, Life Groups are smaller groups of around 8-25 people that meet at various times and locations throughout the week. A Life Group is the best place to start to build relationships with people in the church. To find one, fill out the connect card link above and mark Life Group interest.
