Our Values
For us at Skyline, we seek to align our church’s values with what we believe to be the Bible’s core values for God’s people. The below six values represent our effort to summarize that as succinctly and as accurately as possible. We strive to have these values characterize us as a community of faith in a clear and vibrant way.
1. God’s Word
A disciple submits to God’s living words in the Bible while being transformed by them.

2. Worship
A disciple is created to worship and love God in all they are and do for who God declares Himself to be.

3. Prayer
A disciple seeks intimacy with God through dependent and persistent prayer about all things in life.

4. Community
A disciple commits to gathering regularly with believers, loving one another, and building one another up toward greater maturity.

5. Holiness & Good Works
A disciple seeks to grow in righteousness while doing good works and loving their neighbor.

6. Mission
A disciple shares the gospel, makes disciples of those around them, and seeks to reach the nations for Jesus.
